If you disagree with any segment of these rules, you must immediately halt shipping configuration or data processing actions.
2. Dispatch Requirements & Package Restrictions
When initiating a new shipment or dispatch booking profile, users must supply accurate, unmanipulated metrics regarding the physical parcel payload.
- Data Declarations: Senders must guarantee that all dimension fields, total physical weight evaluations, and package descriptions match the true physical parameters of the parcel. Misrepresentations are subject to processing cancellation or mid-transit adjustment charges.
- Prohibited Materials: Senders certify that parcels do not include materials deemed restricted by local laws, global transport treaties, or specific limitations assigned by handling networks (such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL).
- Custom Documentation: Users are fully responsible for checking estimated duty matrices and ensuring clearing custom invoice records generated by our engine are populated with accurate information.
3. Tracking Portal & Automated Infrastructure
The chronological timeline tracking data, status history tracking strings, and verification matrices supplied by our WooCommerce framework are intended solely for logistical tracking.
- Users are strictly prohibited from parsing or executing bulk programmatic scripts against our tracking portals, endpoint hooks, or view counters.
- Automated alert sequences, delivery checkpoint updates, and transit milestones are executed based on active handling updates from partner carriers. Xqxpress cannot guarantee absolute Real-Time execution synchronizations during extreme network latency.
- Administrative dashboards, batch-upload panels, and core tracking configuration parameters are strictly limited to authorized administrative user profiles.
4. Limitation of Liability & Transit Disclaimers
Xqxpress optimizes cross-border digital pipelines and structural dispatch forms to integrate directly with primary shipping networks. However, core transport actions are performed by independent courier entities.
- Fulfillment Delays: Under no scenario will Xqxpress be held liable for secondary operational disruptions, loss of data, or custom delays arising from unexpected logistical adjustments made by third-party handling fleets.
- Redirection Controls: Modifications to ongoing deliveries or delivery instructions remain bounded by the individual rules and route constraints of the active logistics carrier.
5. Modification of Terms
We reserve the absolute authority to adjust, update, or reorganize these terms to fit new regulatory laws or core system iterations. Your ongoing interaction with our tracking portals or booking utilities means you accept any updated parameters.
